For all ranks and ages over 13 interested in competitive Full Contact tournament competition. Kyoshi Nohara will teach leg kicks, combinations, and training methods to prepare you for Full Contact.
Requred equipment: Uniform and belt, headgear, mouth piece, groin protection, competition hand protection and shin-instep protector.

Promotional Testing: Upper rank testing by invitation.

Kobudo Seminar: Sai Kihongata, Chikin Shitahaku no Sai

Kyoshi Nohara will present the basic sai techniques and the first Ryukyukan Sai Kata.

Kobudo Seminar: Bo Kihongata and Shushi no Kon
3 - 4 am

Kyoshi Nohara will present the basic bo techniques and the first Ryukyukan bo kata.

Followed by:
Kata Seminar:Naihanchi and Pinan Katas
4 -6 pm
Fee: $25,00
Kyoshi Nohara will present the eight required Ryukyukan katas up to Black Belt.
Required equipment: white gi.
Followed by:
Ryukyukan Demonstration
6 - 7 pm
Fee: No charge
One hour Ryukyukan demonstration presented for member families.
Followed by a potluck dinner provided by the families of Ryukyukan.
